Pro Super Breathing Underlayer

Combined underlay and wind barrier designed for horizontal laying. Pro Super is a type of underlay that allows diffusion and which has been designed for all types of fully-insulated sloping wooden roofs with an exterior downward aspect. The minimum recommended pitch for using Pro super is 15o. Pro Super ensures a windproof and waterproof roof and enables the roof to breathe. It thus acts simultaneously as both underlay and a wind barrier and no air gap is required between the insulation and underlay.

Rolls out horizontally

Pro Super has self-adhesive overlaps and can thus be laid horizontally along the eaves. Ties and laths are laid after each section has been unrolled. This enables the work to proceed faster and allows the roofers to work safety and efficiently.
Pro Super is supplied as an efficient product on a roll, measuring 1.50 x 50 m.
This product is lightweight, easy to handle and requires minimal storage space.
Pro Super makes roof construction work easier because no air gap is required between traditional underlay and the wind barrier.

New and renovated buildings

Pro Super is normally used as underlay laid direct on the rafters, but it can also be used as an underlay coating on supporting underlay consisting of rough boards or old beams (as a structure that allows diffusion).
Lofts can then be fully insulated from the inside without having a traditional air gap.

Pro Super has been granted Technical Approval by the Norwegian Building Research Institute (No. 2134).
